    The Franklin County Traffic Safety Board (FCTSB) is pleased to announce that it has received a $21,600 grant from the Governor’s Traffic Safety Committee (GTSC) for the 2022 – 2023 year. The grant identified that in 2021, Franklin County had a 500% increase in vehicle fatalities over the prior year. Fatalities went from 2 in 2020 to 10 in 2021.
