On Wednesday, November 18, 2015, MCA's Wholistic Health and Wellness Program hosted an Addiction Services Expo at the Senior Center. The event was free and open to the community and was held to create awareness of what services are available in and around Akwesasne to cope with addictions. Akwesasne-On Saturday, November 21st, the family of the late Wallace Jacobs Sr. had their 2nd Annual Memorial Shuffleboard Tournament-Turkey Shoot held at the American Legion Post 1479. The tournament is to honour Wally and the love he had for the game of shuffleboard. This is also the second year the tournament has donated to the Akwesasne Epilepsy Support Group. National Child's Day was on Friday, November 20 and to celebrate MCA Social and Health Departments held the second annual Talent Show and Youth Business Fair.
