    On Tuesday, February 8, local sculptor Ryan Hill was visited by CTV News Ottawa. Hill was just putting the finishing touches on a large snow sculpture located in Lamoureux Park, Cornwall. The City of Cornwall provided the 'extra snow' and a space close to the Civic Complex to complete his sculpture.     A Hogansburg man was sentenced to federal prison after being convicted in a telemarketing scheme to defraud elders. On Thursday, February 3, 2022 U.S. Attorney Trini E. Ross announced Anthony Laughing Jr., 49, was sentenced to six years by U.S. District Judge Charles J. Siragusa.
