Wednesday, April 24, girls lacrosse, Massena 16 Heuvelton 12: Jayla Thompson and Lindsay D’Arienzo both contributed five goals each, while Hailey LaShomb and Brook Terry each added a pair of goals to lead the Red Raiders to victory over the Bulldogs in an NAC game on Tuesday. Goalkeeper Bryn Deshaies made seven saves to secure the win for Massena. Saige Blevins led Heuvelton's effort with six goals and one assist, while Raya McGaw contributed four goals and one assist.

Tuesday, April 23, boys lacrosse, Massena 17 Ogdensburg 11: At Mike Nicholas Field in Massena, the visiting Blue Devils capitalized on early Raider penalties, establishing a 4-3 lead in the first quarter and narrowing the gap to 7-6 by halftime before succumbing to a 5-1 third-quarter deficit.

Aronhiawaks Rice led the charge for Massena with six goals, while Brady Frost contributed five goals and an assist, and Takaronhiotakie Thompson added three goals and two assists. Drew Smutz (with three assists), Rowan Oakes (with two assists), and Dominic Murtagh also found the net. Ryder Sunday provided an assist, and Owen Converse made 13 crucial saves in goal. For OFA, Aidan O’Neil, Theodore Hewko, Nate Irvine, Landon Denner, and Brady Bullock each scored twice, with Kaden Bogart adding another goal. Bryan Doser assisted on two goals, while Ty Jacobs, Cole Jacobs, and Christian Jacobs each contributed with solo assists. Jackson Thornhill made 10 saves in goal for the Blue Devils.

Monday, April 22, boys lacrosse, Salmon River 8 Potsdam 2: The Salmon River Central varsity boys lacrosse team maintained their dominance from an 8-2 halftime lead to secure a 12-8 victory in the NAC Division I clash against the Sandstoners.

Alex Delormier and Royce Thomas each notched three goals and three assists, propelling the Shamrocks to a 2-1 lead in the first quarter before extending their advantage with a commanding 6-1 run in the second. Taylor Mitchell also made significant contributions with three goals and an assist, helping Salmon River level their season record to 3-3. Brogan Lazore added two goals and an assist, while Angus Laborgne and Taharihwakohe Lazore also found the back of the net, with Xavier Delormier defending the crease admirably with 13 saves. Devin Green led the Sandstoner attack with three goals, while Liam McCargar provided support with two goals and an assist, and Owen Decker notched the remaining goal.

Thursday, April 18, girls lacrosse, Salmon River 24 Massena 7: Ariyah LaFrance showcased her skills with four goals and two assists, while Kaidance Sunday also made a significant impact, scoring four times as the Shamrocks triumphed over the Raiders in a clash between undefeated NAC teams in Fort Covington. Mylee Oakes and Azalea Lazore each contributed three goals and three assists for Salmon River (7-0), who impressively netted eight consecutive goals to open the game.

Anastasia Terrance added two goals and three assists, with Tallis Tarbell and Jianna Lazore also registering two goals and an assist each. Taytum Cook-Francis found the back of the net twice, and Bella Tarbell contributed with a goal and an assist. On the opposing side, Jayla Thompson led Massena with four goals and an assist, while Hailey LaShomb chipped in with a goal and two assists.

Thursday, April 18, boys lacrosse, Salmon River 13 Ogdensburg 12: The Shamrocks dominated the third quarter with a 6-2 performance, but faced a resilient Blue Devils team who launched a 6-1 comeback in the fourth quarter. Despite the late surge, the Shamrocks held on for a narrow 13-12 victory on their home turf.

Taharihwakohe Lazore led the Shamrocks' offensive charge with five goals and one assist, supported by Brogan Lazore with three goals and one assist and Alex Delormier with two goals and two assists. Additional scoring contributions came from Royce Thomas (1 goal, 3 assists), Taylor Mitchell (1 goal, 2 assists), and Treven Seymour (1 goal). Quentin Phillips delivered an outstanding performance in goal, making 17 saves to preserve the win.

Aiden A ONeil and Nate Irvine led the OFA offense with a combined total of four and three goals respectively. The Blue Devils also received single goals from Landon Denner, Austin Thornhill, Bryan Doser, and Jack Morley. Jackson Thornhill made four saves in goal for the Blue Devils.

Sunday, April 21, girls lacrosse, Salmon River 18 Ogdensburg 4: On the Ogdensburg turf field, Ariyah LaFrance showcased her skills with five goals and two assists, propelling the Shamrocks to an undefeated 8-0 record at the top of the NAC standings.

Supporting LaFrance's efforts, Jianna Lazore (5 assists), Mylee Oakes (1 assist), Addison Cooke, Kimora Swamp, and Cecelia Conners each contributed two goals. Additionally, Tallis Tarbell (1 assist), Kakwenies Mitchell, and Pearl Conners scored individual goals, with Anastasia Terrance recording an assist. Despite the loss, OFA’s Hannah Costello managed to score two goals, while Brooke Irvine and Ella Ramsdell each added one goal.

Tuesday, April 16, boys lacrosse, Massena 11 Salmon River 10: The Massena Central varsity boys lacrosse team secured their spot at the top of the NAC Division I standings with a 5-0 record after narrowly defeating Salmon River Central at Mike Nicholas Field.

Drew Smutz played a pivotal role with three goals, including the crucial game-winner scored with three minutes remaining in regulation, and also contributed an assist as the Raiders surged to a 5-1 lead in the opening quarter before fending off the Shamrocks. Ronin Oakes matched Smutz's three-goal tally to bolster the winning effort, while Myles Cook added two goals. Takaronhiotakie Thompson (2 assists), Aronhaiwaks Rice (1 assist), and Alex Mather each scored individual goals, with Carter Rice providing an additional assist, and Owen Converse making crucial saves, particularly in the fourth quarter.

Taharihwakohe Lazore led Salmon River with a remarkable five-goal performance, supported by three goals from Ryan Thomas-Robertson. Alex Delormier (1 assist) and Brogan Lazore also contributed with individual goals, while Trevon Seymour and Kanontiio Mitchell each earned an assist. Xavier Delormier exhibited strong goalkeeping, turning away 22 of the shots he faced.

Tuesday, April 16, girls lacrosse, Massena 13 Ogdensburg 4: At Mike Nicholas Field, the Lady Raiders gradually surged ahead from a 2-2 deadlock after the first quarter, propelled by Jayla Thompson's impressive five-goal performance. Brooke Terry contributed with four goals and two assists, while Sami Arney added two goals to the scoreboard. Hailey LaShomb (with one assist) and Keegan Roberts each scored once, with Ava Johnson providing an assist. Brynn Deshaies played a pivotal role in goal, making three crucial saves to secure the victory. Mia Jeneault scored three goals for OFA, and Taylor Pinkerton notched the remaining goal, while Abby Williams displayed strong goaltending skills, deflecting 10 shots for the Devils.

Tuesday, April 16, softball, Salmon River 8 Ogdensburg 5: In Fort Covington, Lindsey Durant guided the Lady Shamrocks to their second consecutive victory at the start of the Central season. Kamry Thompson led the Salmon River offense with three hits, while Durant went 2-4 at the plate and Mataya Arquette singled. On the Lady Blue Devils' side, Amya LaFlair, Annabelle Lovely, and Emily Regan each contributed with singles.

Wednesday, April 17, baseball, Massena 4 Canton 3: Conner Eastwood and Nathan Barcomb teamed up for a two-hit game as the Red Raiders narrowly defeated the Bears in a Northern Athletic Conference Central Division matchup in Canton.

Eastwood delivered seven solid innings, tallying 14 strikeouts and four walks to clinch the victory for Massena, while Barcomb sealed the deal with a scoreless eighth inning to secure the save. In addition to his pitching prowess, Eastwood contributed with two singles and a run scored, while Luc Eddy chipped in with a single and two RBIs. Zadok Roiger doubled for Canton, and Gavin Schryver singled to drive in a run.

Sunday, April 14, girls lacrosse, Salmon River 20 Ogdensburg 4: Ariyah LaFrance spearheaded the Shamrocks' NAC triumph over the Blue Devils in Fort Covington with an impressive tally of two goals and five assists. Following closely behind, Addison Cooke contributed three goals for Salmon River, while Tallis Tarbell, Kadance Sunday, and Azalea Lazore each found the net twice. On the opposing side, Mia Jeneault scored two goals for OFA, and Ella Ramsdell made a goal and assisted another.

Friday, April 12, girls lacrosse, Salmon River 20 Heuvelton 6: At the turf field in Fort Covington, the Lady Shamrocks launched an impressive offensive display, scoring seven consecutive goals in the first quarter on their way to defeating the Lady Bulldogs.

Tallis Tarbell and Azalea Lazore both contributed four goals and assists each in the victory. Ariyah LaFrance also impressed with four goals and one assist, while Mya Cree added three goals and two assists. Kakwenies Mitchell contributed with two goals and an assist, and Cecelia Conners, Evelyn Bay, and Mylee Oakes each found the back of the net. Kaidance Sunday provided two assists, while Bella Tarbell and Finley Conners assisted once each. Kimora Swamp played a vital role in goalkeeping, making 10 saves. On the opposing side, Saige Blevins led the Lady Bulldogs' effort with four goals and an assist, while Ava Murphy (with one assist) and Averie Farrand each scored once for Heuvelton.

Thursday, April 11, girls lacrosse, Salmon River 17 Canton 10: At the newly constructed turf field in Canton, the Lady Shamrocks found themselves trailing 7-4 midway through the second quarter before rallying with seven consecutive goals and eventually pulling away for the victory.

Anastasia Terrance and Tallis Tarbell led the charge for the winning offense, each contributing four goals and three assists. Azalea Lazore also made significant contributions with four goals and an assist. Mya Cree added three goals, while Ariyah LaFrance tallied two goals and four assists. Jianna Lazore scored the remaining goal, while Kimora Swamp made seven crucial saves in goal. On the opposing side, Olivia Francis showcased her prowess with five goals and an assist for the Lady Golden Bears (2-1). Vivian Coburn also made her mark with four goals and three assists, while Zayda Guarin recorded five saves.

Thursday, April 11, boys lacrosse, Canton 19 Salmon River 4: In Fort Covington, the Golden Bears seized control of the game with an explosive 11-goal second quarter. Josh McLear led the charge with an impressive performance, scoring seven goals and providing an assist. Josh Ayrassian and Josh McLear each contributed three goals, while Jack Brandy and Hayden Towle found the back of the net twice, with Brandy also assisting twice. Garrit Palmer anchored the team with a solid performance in goal to secure the victory.

Tuesday, April 9, boys lacrosse, Massena 17 Ogdensburg 11: Arohaiwaks Rice paced the attack with six goals, closely trailed by Brady Frost with five goals as the Raiders persevered over the Blue Devils in a Northern Athletic Conference matchup in Massena.

Takaronhiotakie Thompson contributed to Massena's offensive efforts with three goals and two assists, while Drew Smutz provided one goal and three assists, and Rowan Oakes added a goal and two assists. Dominic Murtagh also contributed to the scoring. OFA saw a pair of goals each from Aidan O’Neil, Theodore Hewko, Nate Irvine, Landon Denner, and Brady Bullock, with Kaden Bogart also finding the net.

Tuesday, April 9, girls lacrosse, Salmon River 21 Malone 1: Tallis Tarbell and Anastasia Terrance both notched four goals each as the Shamrocks secured a convincing NAC victory in Fort Covington. Tarbell also contributed two assists for Salmon River. Meanwhile, Ariyah LaFrance showcased her skills with three goals and four assists. Azalea Lazore followed closely with two goals and three assists, and Jianna Lazore provided two goals and two assists. Calysta Cree chipped in with a goal and two assists, while Kakwenies Mitchell added a goal and an assist to complete the offensive effort.
