Akwesasne was well represented at last weekend's 34th Annual tournament.
The three-day event was held at the Benson Center in Cornwall and one Cornwall team made it to the championship with Akwesasne players in their ranks.
The Novice B team defeated Kemptville in that final with Anastasia Terrance scoring two. In the second period Cornwall led 2-1 but halfway through the third period Terrance's second goal was the insurance marker and they held on for the win.
