A couple of teams from Gloucester and Nepean came to Kawehnoke last Sunday for a couple of hard hitting fast moving lacrosse games.

In the first game in the Novice division Jensen White and Kahontiio Lazore did all the scoring for Akwesasne, but Gloucester won that game 11-6.

White scored four and Lazore scored twice in that loss.

The teams stayed even – tied 2-2 after one period but in the second Gloucester outscored the Storm 5-3 and 4-1 in the third period.

The Nepean Peewees were next and they stayed with their counterparts through the first period which ended 1-1. But the Storm scored three goals in each of the next two periods to cruise to a 7-2 win. Cayde Lazore scored twice in the win with Damon Oakes, Dawson Lazore, Kyden Burns, Dallan Thompson and Andyn Bero scoring once.
