Everyone was busy having fun at the St. Regis Recreation Center this past week with the St. Regis Recreation March Break Activities. The Rec Committee had three days of creative and fun filled activities starting on Wednesday, March 18, 2015 with the Rhythm Room presenting an engaging, educational and entertaining hands on, "Sound and Rhythm" demonstration for kids of all ages. On Thursday, March 19, Tammy King instructed participants in two art activities: painting and decorating a large Easter egg and the second was making a decorated egg with strips of paper and a large cut out of an egg. On Friday, March 20, everyone headed to the fresh outdoors to try snowshoeing with instructors from the Friends of the Nature Center (Robert Moses State Park). The activities were well attended with children as young as three years old to young teens. A hot lunch was served each day by organizers; Charity "Brad" Lazore, Dolres Oakes, Laura Thompson, Kierstyn Sunday and Melissa Johnson.

This is what you do outdoors – you have a great time! L to R, Joel Danko, Dylan Lazore, John Jacobs Jr., Mckenzee Lazore, Arianna Oakes and Kyler Mitchell
