Sweet Dreams proved their undefeated regular season was no fluke by emerging as the 2008-2009 Can-Am Men’s Pool champions.
Home field advantage proved to be a big factor in the championship match between Sweet Dreams and 37 West. Sweet Dreams won the first game at home 10-7. The following week saw 37 West battle back at home with a 10-7 win. In the final and deciding game the Sweet Dreams home table advantage proved to be too much for 37 West. Sweet Dreams jumped to an early lead and never surrendered it as they went on the win 10-7 to capture the team championship!
