    On November 7th, 2019, while conducting a border integrity operation along the shoreline of the St. Lawrence River in Cornwall, Ontario, officers of the Cornwall Regional Task Force (CRTF) observed a vessel travelling on the St-Lawrence River and making landfall in the area of the public boat launch on Water Street.     Last month, a Keystone Pipeline spill released more than 383,000 gallons of oil in North Dakota - equivalent to filling half of an Olympic swimming pool. The spill affected 200,000 square feet of wetlands, which could take years to recover, with many experts saying it may not.
