    Akwesasne Territory. The Saint Regis Mohawk Tribe has a new director in its newly formed Community and Family Services division. Jason McDonald was recently hired to the position of Director of Community and Family Services. He was formerly the Program Manager of Tribal Vocational Rehabilitation (TVR). When the position for Director of Community and Family Services became open, the Tribe appointed McDonald as the interim director to the position.     Akwesasne Territory. On October 26, 2011 at approximately 2:30 a.m. personnel from the Saint Regis Mohawk Tribal Police Department (SRMTPD) responded to a one car accident on North Road. Upon arrival, SRMTPD units observed a 2005 Pontiac Grand Prix off the southeast shoulder. The vehicle had extensive front end damage as a result of colliding with the base of a tree.
