    A pair of Akwesasne twin brothers will be heading to Edmonton, Alberta to qualify for a spot on Team Canada's wrestling squad. Phillips, age 74, of 1108 Drum St. Road, and a longtime resident of Lancaster and Rochester, New York, passed away Friday morning, March 14, 2014, with her family by her side. Dolores was born November 19, 1939 in Snye, Quebec, daughter of the late Mitchell and Theresa Cook Phillips. She attended schools in Akwesasne and married Arthur Phillips in June of 1959.     Last week, MCA's Community Health program hosted a March Break Odyssey Youth Event at the St. Regis Recreation. All week, kids went to the Rec and spent 9am to 4pm doing a variety of activities.
