    After waiting 20 years, on January 25, 2017, a young woman from Kawehnoke received news of receiving her birth certificate. She is now legally recognized as Ienonhkwa’tsheriiostha NLN. The acronym is just as important as her name; NLN stands for ‘No Last Name’.     People with 315 area codes will need to dial 10 digits to make a phone call beginning Feb. 11. Actual phone numbers for people with 315 area codes won’t change, but new phone numbers in the area will be assigned with 680 area code.
