Hydro-Québec is informing the community that they will start issuing notices of interruption of power for customers who have overdue accounts during the week of March 18, 2024.

Interruptions of power will then follow starting on April 15, 2024, for customers who have not settled their situation, either by making a payment arrangement or by paying off their overdue amount.

Customers can call Hydro-Quebec’s customer services at 1-866-268-9484 in order to settle their situation and avoid having their power disconnected.
