Summary: Under the direction of the Executive Director, the Housing Occupancy Specialist will be responsible for tenant selection, occupancy rules and property upkeep of the rental properties owned and/or managed by the Mohawk Indian Housing Corporation and Hogansburg Housing Development Fund Company, Inc. Incumbent will be required to become certified in the rules and regulations as described by the US Department of HUD.
