Letters of Testamentary for the Estate of Philip E. Rybke, of Akwesasne, New York, have been requested by Edith Rybke. Notice is hereby given to anyone objecting to the appointment of Edith Rybke or contesting the validity of the will. All potential creditors who may have an interest in the aforementioned estate of those wanting to object to the appointment of Edith Rybke must notify the Saint Regis Mohawk Tribal Court by no later than February 9, 2023.
