Term Position Salary: SP07 $54,712.15-$56,900.64

Position Summary:

Under the direct supervision of the Post-Secondary Manager / Academic Manager, the Student Success Officer develops, coordinates and implements initiatives and provides support and resources to help post-secondary students achieve their academic goals.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology, Psychology or in a related field, together with two (2) years’ work related experience;

OR

Post-Secondary Diploma in Social Service Worker, Administration or in a related field together with a minimum of five (5) years’ work-related experience.

Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate via electronic media.

Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and willing to travel.
