Putting garbage to good use by upcycling them in scarecrows.
Kanatakon School grade 2 students teamed up with Onkwe to make garden scarecrows. The students gathered items which normally would end up in the recycling bin or at the worst a local landfill. They fashioned scarecrows using plastic bottles, tin cans, aluminum foil pans, and garbage bags.
