Indian Time - A Voice from the Eastern Door

Born in Cornwall on May 9, 1949. Joseph passed away on Saturday June 4, 2022. Predeceased by his former wife Joanne (Ayotte) and his parents Mike and Mary Leaf, his brother Kenneth Leaf and sister Hazel Herne. He is survived by his son Peter Joseph Leaf, his brothers Lawrence (Yvonne), Nelson (Loretta), Teddy (Denise), Leslie (Stacey) and sister Debbie Leaf- Lafleche. Also survived by many nieces and nephews, great - nieces and great - nephews and many cousins. Joseph spent many years working in Syracuse before returning to Akwesasne. He loved his sports – especially the Toronto Maple Leafs. In keeping with Joseph's wishes, cremation has taken place.
