BREACH

Cornwall, ON – A 49-year-old man of Akwesasne was arrested on May 12th, 2022 and charged with breaching his release order. The man is bound by a release order with conditions to not contact his ex-girlfriend or be any place she may be. It is alleged that on May 12th, 2022, the man attended his ex-girlfriend’s residence and police were contacted. During the investigation, the man was taken into custody, charged accordingly, and held for a bail hearing. His name was not released as it could identify the victim in the matter.
