Qualifications

Ability to understand and/or speak Kanien’keha.

2-4 years’ experience in an accounting and/or finance field

Ability to work with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office

Ability to communicate and maintain good working relations with staff, parents, and students.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Must possess a valid drivers’ license and have reliable transportation.

Criminal reference check is mandatory for this position

Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

Financial:

Payroll every 2 weeks for all staff

Manage accounts receivable and payable

Quarterly expense reports for all funding sources

Managing new accounts as the need arises.

Attend quarterly budget committee meetings.

Office Assistant:

Answering phone

Order supplies as needed.

Filing statements, bills, timesheets, etc.

Keeping files organized and up to date.

Overall:

Following a reliable and consistent schedule

Be organized, tidy and efficient

Be informed of school events, meeting and fundraisers

Greeting repair, maintenance and/or delivery people as needed

Training will be provided by Office Manager upon hiring
