Sealed bids will be received by Mohawk Council of Akwesasne (MCA) Department of Housing, 101 Tewesateni Road, Kawehnoke, K6H0G5 until Thursday August 27th, 2020 at 2:00 P.M.

Site Prep Construction for a Tri (3) Plex apartment complex at 484 KRA Road, Kawehnoke, ON K6H5R7.

Contractors must provide the following with bid documents:

• General Liability Insurance

• Clearance from Workers Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) or (CSST)

• Confirmation of bonding, Native Contractors - $20,000.00.

• Provide references and indicate experience and qualification.

Please call in advance for an appointment to pick up and drop off tender packages. Submissions can be mailed to the Housing Office address above.
