On Sept. 13, Christina Jacobs, 69, of Hogansburg was charged with operating a motor vehicle causing an accident. Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Sept. 30.

On Sept. 14, Vincent W. O’Brien, 52, of Massena was charged with inadequate headlight. Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Oct. 7.

On Sept. 14, Gregory P. Baxter, 36, of Massena was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. Ticket is returnable to Bombay Town Court on Oct. 8.

On Sept. 16, Robert D. Rusaw, 51, of Massena was charged with operating a motor vehicle causing an accident. Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Oct. 7.

On Sept. 17, Cherie D. Murray, 44, of Massena was charged with speeding (58-35 mph zone). Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Oct. 21.

On Sept. 17, Kody J. Arquette, 27, of Hogansburg was charged with for inadequate tire and unlicensed operator. Tickets are returnable to Tribal Court on Oct. 21.
