Rez Pony at Generations Park

A cool evening for a change and some great live music along with a fundraiser was in store at the park in Tekahsonkaro:ren.

The band entertained with full spectrum from Chuck Berry to Tammy Wynette. They also had a touch of Van Morrison, Alan Jackson, Sonny and Cher and another version of Mustang Sally.

The following day the band was scheduled to perform in Tsi Snaihne at Tacklebox Marina.

In addition, concert goers had a chance to get at some delicious pulled pork at a fundraiser at the Pavilion. The Akwesasne Ballerz are a group of boys heading to Kitchener, Ontario for a basketball clinic and the meal was to raise money for expenses. They also had a pile of summer fun items for raffle, including a kayak, and were selling ice cream treats for the cause.
