This is not a competition but a chance to ‘show your stuff’ in a friendly and welcoming environment. Refreshments will be available. For more information please call Teresa David @ 613-662-5655.

News:

Welcome our new activity aide, Josee Sunday to the Recreation Program.

The time spent on Orientation to the facility and residents has been ‘bittersweet’, as the current activity aide, Barry Lewis, is leaving Tsiionkwanonhso:te. He accepted a great job offer and is making the switch to another facility. Best of luck, Barry!

Thank you/Niawen to the Pastoral Care team: Father Jerome Pastores and Sister Mary Christine, SSJ for your weekly visits to the Residents and seeing to their spiritual care.

Also, a huge thank you and appreciation to Lucien Lalonde for volunteering to play guitar and bring the gift of music on Monday mornings.

Niawen to Karen L. for the homemade gift items, these donations will make great bingo prizes!

Can you help us to ‘make a dime’s worth of difference’? The challenge is to fill a 2-litre bottle with dimes to make over $700! Bring your dimes to Tsiionkwanonhso:te and drop them in the bottle found at the front of our building. Proceeds will be used for a Resident Special Outing and Residents Christmas 2019.

The doors to Tsiionkwanonhso:te are always open and we would love to see you! Check us out on Facebook: “Friends of Tsiionkwanonhso:te”.
