Pursuant to Section X 3. of the SRMT Tribal Procedures Act of 2013, I, Summer Bero, Saint Regis Mohawk Tribal Clerk, hereby provide this Official Notice that the:

DRAFT SAINT REGIS MOHAWK TRIBE MEDICAL MARIJUANA ORDINANCE

is being presented to the Tribal Community via the Tribe’s Website--Tribal Member Portal and through other communications on, July 12, 2019 for comment.

This will start the thirty (30) day comment period under the Procedures Act beginning on that date.
