MASSENA: St. Lawrence Centre mall will host its annual Independence Fireworks Community Festival, 10 a.m. to 10 p.m .; vendors, carnival games, live music; free and open to the public; vendor show and carnival games begin at 10 a.m .; Saving Dave will perform at 11 a.m .; petting zoo will be set up from noon-4 p.m .; Lone Wolf and the Spaghetti Corner Band will play at 1:30 p.m .; nine different bounce houses will be set up from 2-8 p.m .; Merryweather will perform at 4; Fully Completely Hip will play at 8:30 p.m., tickets cost $10 for the concert and can be purchased online at https://bit.ly/2WN40dr; fireworks begin around dusk; sponsored by Arconic; info: http://www.stlawrencecentre.com, 315-764-1001.
