POSITION SUMMARY:

The Associate Principal, in close collaboration with the School Principal, provides leadership and direction in developing and maintaining a rigorous educational program for all students. The Associate Principal is an educational leader of the school who supports student achievement both academically and behaviorally and conducts teacher training and coaching in order to foster a positive school culture. The Associate Principal must possess the personal attributes that exemplify ethical conduct and integrity as they will lead by example.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education; and

• Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience, or equivalent; and

• Three (3) years Leadership experience in an educational setting; and

• Knowledge and training about Success For All.
