St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police blotter, Feb. 2-8:

On Feb. 8, police charged Nicole M. Lazore, 25, of Massena with resisting arrest and obstruction of governmental administration, both misdemeanors. Tickets are returnable to Bombay Town Court on Feb. 20.

On Feb. 2, police ticketed Alexandra C. Johnson, 23, of Hogansburg for inadequate brakelights and uninspected motor vehicle. Tickets are returnable to Tribal Court on Feb. 19.

On Feb. 2, police ticketed Lai Kuang, 37, of Potsdam for expired inspection. Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Feb. 19.

On Feb. 2, police ticketed Barry L. Stone, 47, of Gouverneur for inadequate headlight. Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Feb. 26.

On Feb. 2, police ticketed Joseph L. Lacelle, 74, of Cornwall, Ontario for failure to keep right. Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Feb. 26.

On Feb. 3, police ticketed Jenna M. Clute, 20, of Hogansburg for inadequate headlight. Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Feb. 26.

On Feb. 3, police ticketed Justin E. Cooke, 27, of Fort Covington for uninspected motor vehicle. Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Feb. 19.

On Feb. 3, police ticketed Nicole L. Bienvenue, 34, of Nicholville for failure to signal. Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Feb. 26.

On Feb. 4, police ticketed Lance M. Jacobs, 23, of Hogansburg for expired inspection. Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Feb. 26.

On Feb. 4, police ticketed Jacent D. Storie, 47, of Ogdensburg for failure to signal. Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Feb. 26.

On Feb. 8, police ticketed Louie A. Peters, 52, of Akwesasne, Ontario for cellphone use. Ticket is returnable to Bombay Town Court on Feb. 27.

New York State Police:

Michael T. Crowley, 30, of Hogansburg was charged with second-degree criminal contempt at 12:06 a.m. Feb. 10 at 15120 State Hwy. 37 in Louisville. He was arraigned in court and released on his own recognizance, troopers said.

Mesa S. Cole, 19, of Akwesasne, N.Y. was charged with operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs and no inspection certificate at 2:05 p.m. Feb. 10 on state Route 37 in Fort Covington. She was released with appearance tickets, troopers said.

Massena police:

Waternoonseeiostah Hemlock, 27, of Raquette Point Road, Akwesasne was charged wwith petit larceny at 7:04 p.m. Feb. 3 at Walmart Supercenter.
