On Oct. 20, police charged Richard A. Rafter, 32, of Brasher Falls with felony driving while intoxicated, refusal to submit chemical test and speeding. He was arraigned in Bombay Town Court and remanded to the Franklin County Jail, Malone, in lieu of $5,000 bail or $10,000 bond and was to have returned to court on Oct. 24.
On Oct. 21, police ticketed Tracy L. Hill, 48, of Rockland, Ontario for second-degree harassment. Ticket is returnable to Bombay Town Court on Nov. 28.
On Oct. 21, police ticketed Patrick J. Tremblay, 22, of Fort Covington for unlawful possession of marijuana. Ticket is returnable to Bombay Town Court on Nov. 28.
On Oct. 23, police ticketed Allen J. Jacobs, 57, of Hogansburg for speeding (allegedly 54-35 mph zone). Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Nov. 13.
On Oct. 25, police ticketed Steven L. Chrisjohn, 57, Akwesasne, N.Y. for second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and unlicensed operation. Tickets are returnable to Bombay Town Court on Nov. 28.
On Oct. 26, police ticketed Riley C.M. Mitchell, 26, of Akwesasne, N.Y. for speeding (allegedly 55-35 mph zone). Tickets are returnable to Tribal Court on Nov. 13.
On Oct. 26, police ticketed Deanna M. Tarbell-Smoke, 39, of Akwesasne, N.Y. for third-degree AUO and speeding (allegedly 55-35 mph zone). Tickets are returnable to Bombay Town Court on Nov. 14.
On Oct. 26, police ticketed Stacee M. Loran, 34, of Massena for speeding (allegedly 54-35 mph zone). Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Nov. 13.
