St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police blotter, Sept. 15 to 21:
On Sept. 15, police ticketed Randolph L. Fisher, 68, of Brasher Falls for disorderly conduct. Ticket is returnable to Bombay Town Court on Oct. 3.
On Sept. 15, police ticketed Annie R. Jacobs, 23, of Hogansburg for inadequate headlight. Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Oct. 2.
On Sept. 16, police ticketed Gerard Lussier, 72, of Gatineau, Quebec for running a stop sign. Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Oct. 16.
On Sept. 18, police ticketed Rickey A. Mossow, 36, of Massena for failure to use designated lane. Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Oct. 16.
On Sept. 18, police ticketed Shirley A. Bourque, 39, of Hogansburg for speeding (allegedly 52-35 mph zone). Ticket is returnable to Bombay Town Court on Oct. 17.
On Sept. 18, police ticketed Marlee F. King-Jacobs, 23, of Akwesasne, N.Y. for third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. Ticket is returnable to Bombay Town Court on Oct. 10.
On Sept. 18, police ticketed Robert J. Phillips, 60, of Akwesasne, N.Y. for speeding (allegedly 53-35 mph zone). Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Oct. 16.
On Sept. 18, police charged Marlene M. Thompson, 53, of Akwesasne, Quebec with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child. Tickets are returnable to Bombay Town Court on Oct. 10.
On Sept. 18, police charged Laura R. Thompson, 29, of Hogansburg with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child. She was to have appeared in Bombay Town Court on Sept. 19.
On Sept. 18, police ticketed Rahnienhawi Burns, 25, of Hogansburg for unlawful operation a public highway, no helmet, unregistered ATV and third-degree AUO. Tickets are returnable to Bombay Town Court on Oct. 17.
On Sept. 19, police ticketed Winter R. Oakes-Anderson, 18, of Akwesasne, Ontario for inadequate head light, operate vehicle out of class, uninsured motor vehicle and unregistered motor vehicle. Tickets are returnable to Tribal Court on Oct. 16.

On Sept. 20, police arrested Raymond J. Jock, 43, of Akwesasne, Ontario for driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated and speeding (allegedly 60-35 mph zone). Tickets are returnable to Bombay Town Court on Oct. 17.
On Sept. 21, police ticketed Cheryl Diabo, 37, of Kahnawake, Quebec for speeding (allegedly 75-55 mph zone). Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Oct. 16.
