COMMUNITY HEALTH NURSE PROGRAM MANAGER

FULL TIME PERMANENT POSITION DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH

 


Annual Salary: MG07- Step 2-3; $61,895.50 - $64,371.32

POSITION SUMMARY:

Under the supervision of the Director, Department of Health, the incumbent is responsible for managing the human, financial, physical and information assets of the Community Health Program (CHP) within the Agreements and Policies of Council.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Preferred Four (4) year Bachelor’s Degree in Science of Nursing or Health Field, Business Administration and current registration as a Registered Health Professional with Four (4) years of Managerial experience in a public health setting; OR

• Post-Secondary in a related field and current registration as a Registered Health Professional together with six (6) years of managerial experience in a public health setting.

SKILLS

• Able to plan operationally and strategically, develop policies, solve problems and develop work plan.

• Able to administer the Contribution Agreement, service Agreements and Policies of Council, ensuring activities adhere to funding parameters and reporting requirements.
