The Saint Regis Mohawk Tribe (SRMT), Human Resources Division, is soliciting proposals from New York State certified Insurance Brokers to provide Term-Life Insurance, Accidental Death & Disability (AD&D) and Supplemental Life insurance to approximately 600 full time employees (30 hours or more). The term of agreement will be for a three-year period. SRMT reserves the right to award one or more contracts.

Proposals will be received until MONDAY, JUNE 26, 2017, 3:30 p.m. (EST).

The following preferences apply to this solicitation: Native Preference, Women Business Enterprises & Veteran with Disabilities Business Enterprises and Minority Business Enterprises and Veterans Business Enterprises.
