PROGRAM MANAGER
PERMANENT FULL-TIME POSITION IAKHIHSOHTHA LODGE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH
Salary Level: MG 08 $60,980.78-$63,420.02
POSITION SUMMARY:
Under the direct supervision of the Director of Health, the incumbent manages the human, financial, physical, and information assets of Iakhihsohtha Lodge within Agreements and Policies of Council.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Post-Secondary graduate in field of Business Administration and four (4) years management experience with proven skill in supervision, budget control, planning, reporting, and evaluation OR
• Post-Secondary graduate in Health or Social Services and three (3) years relevant experience in long term care.
• Must obtain/retain certification as a Long Term Care Administrator from the province of Ontario within a one (1) year period of date of hire.
• Documented community involvement either on honorarium or volunteer basis for fundraising activities.
