Mike Tarbell receives an Akwesasne Mohawk Code Talkers Congressional Silver Medal on behalf of his father, Albert Tarbell, who fought in World War II and was the first Mohawk paratrooper. He was with the Army's 82nd Airborne 504th Parachute Infantry.
