St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police blotter for April 29 to May 10, reported May 17:
• Warrant - On May 10, Tribal Police arrested Jerry G. Williams, 46, of Hogansburg for a active warrant out of Franklin County. He was also charged with resisting arrest, misdemeanor, and obstruction of governmental property, misdemeanor, according to police. He was arraigned in court and remanded to the Franklin County Jail, Malone in lieu of $25,000 bail or $50,000 bond. He was to have had a felony hearing on May 13.
• DWI - On May 8, Tribal Police arrested Shayla R. Oakes, 19, of Akwesasne, Ontario for driving while intoxicated (misdemeanor), driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or more or and failure to use designated lane.
• No license - On May 3, Tribal Police ticketed Ivan A. Montoya, 32, of El Paso, Texas. Ticket is returnable to Bombay Town Court on May 24.
• No interlock device - On May 5, Tribal Police ticketed Patricia L. Point, 40, of Akwesasne, Quebec for speeding, operating a motor vehicle out of class and operating motor vehicle without an interlock device. Tickets are returnable to Bombay Town Court on May 24.
• Inadequate lights - On April 29, Tribal Police ticketed Abraham Roundpoint, 54, of Hogansburg for inadequate tail lights. On May 2, Tribal Police ticketed Sylvia L. Strand, 71, of Massena. On May 4, Tribal Police ticketed Kristian L. Terrance, 29, of Akwesasne, Ontario.
• Speeding - On April 29, Tribal Police ticketed Doreen Delormier, 65, of Akwesasne, Ontario. On May 4, they ticketed Kristine L. Barney, 41, of Bombay. On May 5, they ticketed Denise Perez, 69, of Saint Laurent, Quebec. On May 7, they ticketed Bradley C. Lazore, 26, of Hogansburg. On May 8, they ticketed Kiana M. Kirkey, 22, of Malone. On May 9, they ticketed Jesse R. Moerlins, 20, of Norfolk. On May 10, they ticketed Darrell K. Nelson, 52, of Fort Worth, Texas.
