• Controlled substance - On April 1, Tribal Police arrested Lacey A. Thompson, 30, of Massena and charged her with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. She was to have appeared in Bombay Town Court on April 19.
• Hypodermic needles - On April 17, Tribal Police arrested Michelle David, 30, of Akwesasne, Quebec with 16 counts of criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument class. She was arraigned in Bombay Town Court and remanded to the Franklin County Jail, Malone in lieu of $5,000 bail or $10,000 bond. She was to have reappeared April 26. On April 17, Tribal Police arrested Kevin J. Miller, 30, of Constable and charged him with two counts of criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument and unlawful possession of marihuana. He was arraigned in Bombay Town Court and remanded to the Franklin County Jail in lieu of $5,000 bail of $10,000 bond. He was to have reappeared April 26.
• DWI - On April 15, Tribal Police arrested Stewart Peters, 42, of Hogansburg and charged him with driving while intoxicated and fail to keep right. He was released with orders to appear in Bombay Town Court on May 17. On April 22, Tribal Police arrested Louie J. Jackson, 46, of Hogansburg and charged him with DWI, and resisting arrest. He was to have appeared in Bombay Town Court on May 10. On April 26, Tribal Police arrested Anna L. Shenandoah, 44, of Hogansburg and charged her with DWI, aggravated DWI and failure to keep right. She is to appear in Bombay Town Court on May 24. On April 28, Tribal Police arrested Alicia M. Jacobs, 21, of Hogansburg and charged her with DWI, unlicensed operation and speeding. She is to appear in Bombay Town Court on May 24.
• Warrants - On April 9, Tribal Police arrested Daryl K. Oakes, 23, of Hogansburg for a bench warrant out of Franklin County. She was arraigned in Bombay Town Court and was to have reappeared April 12. On April 13, Tribal Police arrested Travis J. Stacey, 25, of Hogansburg for a bench warrant out of St. Lawrence County. He was turned over to Massena Village Police.
• Speeding - On April 10, Tribal Police ticketed Christine J. Cook, 33, of Hogansburg. On April 16, Tribal Police ticketed Clifford J. Staves, 65, of Plattsburgh.
• No inspection - On April 28, Tribal Police ticketed Natalie S. Adams, 25, of Hogansburg. On April 29, Tribal Police ticketed Phillip L. Preston, 42, of Akwesasne, N.Y.
• Misc. traffic tickets - On April 19, Tribal Police ticketed Cordy T. Cole, 23, of Hogansburg for a stop sign violation. On April 26, Tribal Police ticketed Robin J. Oakes, 47, of Hogansburg for inadequate brakelights.
