Position: Smoker’s Warehouse Supervisor

Rate: Based on Experience

Job Description: The Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring Smoker’s Warehouse maintains quality customer service and products. Supervisor shall be responsible for store employees, product supply, and overall professional presentation of the store.

Job Duties:

• Overseeing all store employees: setting schedules, addressing personnel issues, maintaining a positive and productive work environment

• Effectively handle multiple customers while maintaining poise and upholding our customer service standards

• Ability to maintain accurate cash flow within store

• Responsible for managing product orders for storewide needs

• Maintain a high level of security and effective loss prevention strategies

Qualifications: Minimum High School Diploma or GED with at least two years experience in sales. Prior experience with point of sale (POS) systems and knowledge of the Akwesasne Mohawk Territory an asset. Applicants must have excellent written and oral communication skills and be able to effectively multi-task under pressure. Applicants should have strong leadership skills and problem-solving abilities.
