We would like to say thank you to Megan and Cameron Conners and the 5/6 boys Attack Lacrosse team for their help in raising money for Hunter’s Hope. Hunter Cooke was born with Cystic Fibrosis and is now 13 years old. On March 13, 2009 Hunter received a double lung transplant and continues to see doctors on a more frequent basis to maintain his health. This year Hunter has made over twenty doctors appointments to Children’s Hospital Boston and to Vermont’s University Medical Center. Hunter also has his third sinus surgery coming up on December 17th. On October 28th Megan had contacted us and asked if she could do a small fundraiser for our son Hunter. We were excited to hear this and happy to accept their generous donation and time to our son’s well being. Her goal was to have the boys play a medicine game for Hunter’s healing and to also teach the boys how lucky they are to be healthy and how to be able to give back. Having this happen was such an amazing thing to be apart of. Thank you so much.
