The shot from the roof- top of Oswego City Hall captures so many features of this year's conference- the gorgeous weather, downtown buildings undergoing revitalization the conference center and both hotels across the Oswego River, and Lake Ontario in the distance. Mary Jo noted "I remembered the vision the Mayor has in revitalizing the harbor. I could just picture it from back then in its heyday and what it could become."
