PERMANENT FULL-TIME POSITION EXECUTIVE SERVICES

 


Annual Salary: SP 04 - $53,322.06 - $55,454.94

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITY:

Under the supervision of the Executive Director, the incumbent is responsible to develop a system for the processing of complaints, and may include investigating or resolving complaints made against the organization. The incumbent will provide management support, expert advice and assistance to the Executive Director and the senior management of the organization and coordinating special projects. The incumbent will participate in committees, working groups and teams.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration, law or related field with five (5) years work-related experience including legal/justice experience; OR Two (2) year Diploma or associates degree in public administration, law or related field with ten (10) years related experience.

Incumbent must have excellent oral, written, communication and computer skills ie Microsoft Office, (Excel, Access, Powerpoint). Must possess both deductive and inductive reasoning skills, strong presentation skills, good analytical and problem solving skills, networking, research and planning skills; Must have strong project and time management skills; ability to exercise judgment and discretion.
