Description of Position: Provides assistance to adults and children who have been diagnosed with a developmental disability as determined by NYS OPWDD in gaining access to necessary services and supports appropriate to the needs of the individual.

Qualifications: Associates degree in a health or human services field, or an RN. A minimum of one year working with people with a developmentally disability, or one year experience as a service coordinator with any population. Subject to Background Check and Fleet Policies.

FLEET POLICY: Must be at least 21 years of age, have and maintain a valid driver’s license with a clean driver abstract.

ELIGIBILITY LIST: A list of qualified candidates is created from interviews that may be used to appoint individuals to similar positions within the Saint Regis Mohawk Tribe for a period of six months.
