Indian Time - A Voice from the Eastern Door

During the halftime break at the annual Massena Central Hall of Fame game on Saturday, Sept. 19, the school recognized dozens of inductees who had received the honor the evening prior.

Individual inductees included Emily Aumand, Diedre Arquette Smith, Kortney Borgosz Wetzler, Garrett Huntley, Shannon McLean Boyce, Libby Park, Michael Romeo and Lindsey Truax Rodriguez.

They also paid tribute to five teams, including the 1993 volleyball team and members Deidre Arquette Smith, Carol Case Hancock, Angie Engstrom Shantie, Mera Faubert Gampbill, Kelly Francis, Kim Garvey, Kim Gollinger Fabend, Tiffany LaClair Cooper, Erica Ludden Skolnekovich, Robin Stone Mitchell, Coach Mary Arcadi and Assistant Coach Betty Robert.

The 1996 girls' soccer team included Jen Aiken LaDieu, Bekki Arcadi,Katie Borgosz McGown, Krista Cecot Francis, Lori Carroll Weyrauch, Jodell Larose, Chrissy LaShomb Dargout, Kim McGrath Joubert, Brandy McDonald Henning, Amanda Mereau, Heather Morrow, Maria Mulvaugh, Raya Noreault, Keely Parisian Farrell, Amanda Seguin Soulia, Jill Serguson, Melissa Serviss Roberts, Jessica Sienkiewcyz, Megan Smith, Amanda St. Thomas Converse, Laura Scruggs Warner, Candace Scruggs, Brittany Toth, Melissa Toth Schafer, Samantha Zappia Kasmarck, Coach Betty Robert and Assistant Coach Sandy Cook.

The 2000 girls' soccer team included Angie Arcadi Converse, Kortney Borgosz Wetzler, Kristen Bulger Laramay, Mandy Chase, Emily Curran Love, Sarah Carvel Ruby, Michelle Ellis, Ashleigh Hall, Sue Macaulay, Emily Maston, Lauren Mulvaugh, Libby Park, Megan Truax Phelix, Heather Saumier Gardner, Kayla Thompson Boots, Natalie White Mazotta, Kylie Wood Triolo, Coach Betty Robert and Assistant Coach Mary Arcadi.

Massena Central inducted five teams into its Hall of Fame, including the 1993 volleyball team, and 1996, 2000, 2001 and 2002 girls soccer teams.

Members of the 2001 girls' soccer team were Kirsten Ojida Blair, Kristen Borgosz, Kristen Bulger Laramay, Erin Corcoran Catanzarite, Emily Curran Love, Jessica Diagostino Weaver, Michelle Ellis, Jessica Hazelton Rhodes, Sharlie McLean Krywanczyk, Paige Meyers, Lauren Mulvaugh, Libby Park, Caity Smith, Alexia Strzalka, Krista Thompson, Erica Wilkins O'Geen, Kylie Wood Triolo, Coach Betty Robert and Assistant Coach Mary Arcadi.
