Indian Time - A Voice from the Eastern Door

Every Wednesday evening and Sunday afternoon you and your family can go to the former IGA building to enjoy the sport of archery. The Iakwasenni:io Archery Club started at Generations Park when one person saw another person shooting arrows at a target. One thing lead to another and soon the Iakwasenni:io Archery Club was born. On a cold winter day you could enjoy the sport of archery in the warmth of the spacious building. Kenny King and Arnold Printup were there on Wednesday to help young and old learn new skills and follow the safety rules of archery. They meet every Wednesday from 5:30 to 7:00pm and every Sunday afternoon from noon to 2pm. For more information you can find them on Facebook, or better yet, just stop in. All equipment is provided, including arrows, targets, finger guards and bows.
