ADMIN II/MOHAWK GOVERNMENT CLOSED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE

The Mohawk Council of Akwesasne is notifying the community that the Admin II Building in Kana:takon (St. Regis), known as the Mohawk Government building, will be closed for continued air quality testing until further notice.
Admin II houses all of the Council chiefs, Mohawk Government staff, Aboriginal Rights & Research Office (ARRO), and Communications Unit.
All Admin II staff and Council have been reassigned to alternate workstations at the Kanonhkwa’tsheri:io Health Facility and Admin I building in Kana:takon (St. Regis), effective immediately and until further notice.
To reach Admin II personnel and chiefs, please continue to call the main Admin II phone line at 613-575-2348, or the main MCA phone line at 613-575-2250 and your call will be forwarded appropriately.
