Description of Position: Responsible for the planning, development, implementation, continuation, monitoring and improvement of the Medicaid Service Coordination. Collaborates with the program manager of the Family Support Program in developing goals, obtaining/allocating human and physical resources, developing policies and procedures and ensuring adequate financial resources.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in a health or human services field with two years’ experience working with people with developmental disabilities, or a related population. Subject to the Fleet and Background Check Policies.

ELIGIBILITY LIST: A list of qualified candidates is created from interviews that may be used to appoint individuals to similar positions within the Saint Regis Mohawk Tribe for a period of six months.
