Pay Level: CL 09 $36,161.69 - $37,608.16

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

Under the Direction of the program manager, the incumbent is responsible for all patient information and registration pertaining to the Akwesasne Non-insured Health Benefits Program.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Post-Secondary Diploma in the field of Secretarial / Office Administration with minimum two years’ work experience in an office setting.

The incumbent should have the ability to work independently and exhibit a high degree of initiative and self-direction. Should have the ability to prepare and maintain accurate records or reports. Must have excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Lotus Notes, Powerpoint). Basic Accounting Skills; definite asset. Excellent communication skills’ Time Management skills. Must maintain strict confidentiality.

Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to use personal vehicle during the course of employment.
