Summer Programs Wrap Up in Snye and Kawehnoke

On Friday August 16 Summer Programs at Tsi Snaihne and Kawehnoke Recreations wrapped up the 2014 season. Kids were treated to great end of the year parties including bounce houses and delicious food.

The Snye Summer program would like to thank the following for their help in a successful 20014 program: Big Russ Chipstand, Snye Recreation Committee, Three Feathers Café, ESP Catering (Edith, Sherry and Pam), Johanne Jackson, Twin Leaf Gas and Convenience, Community Health, TNT Deli, Rob White (Akwesasne Mohawk Police Service), Cynthia Lord (R.C.M.P.), Community Health Nurses (Janet Tatro), Tatum Lafrance, Amanda Garrow, Clarissa Jacobs (for Summer students), AMBE Transportation and AMBE workers for reading and providing education and T-19 Sports for donating lacrosse sticks.

Staff of the Snye Summer Program, which were mainly made up with Akwesasne Child and Family Services staff with some summer students wrapped up the 2014 Summer Program on Friday.
