Company Overview:  CAA Management provides high quality oversight and advisement on the financial, marketing, and management functions of several companies under their umbrella. 

Job Description and Responsibilities:  Maintains records of financial transactions by establishing accounts, posting transactions, and reconciling entries.  You will be expected to abide by a strict confidentiality agreement. 

Responsibilities:

· Maintains subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions.

· Balances subsidiary accounts by reconciling entries.

·  Maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary account summaries.

·  Balances general ledger by preparing a trial balance; reconciling entries.

·  Maintains historical records by filing documents.

· Prepares financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.

· Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying requirements; enforcing adherence to requirements; filing reports; advising management on needed actions.

·  Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Qualifications:  Minimum High School Diploma or GED with at least two years experience in Bookkeeping or related area and working knowledge of Quickbooks software.  Applicants must have excellent written and oral communication skills and be able to work effectively under pressure and be able to effectively multi-task.
