The Mohawk Council Akwesasne Department of Justice, MCA Compliance Office is hosting a Rabies Clinic at the Cornwall Island, Hogansburg Akwesasne Volunteer Fire Department Station #2

From l:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

•Cost per Rabies shot is $20. 00 dollars for Dogs & Cats

•The MCA Compliance Department will also be doing an Free Registrations of Dogs that day. You will receive a free AKW Dog Tag number and a Picture of your pet is entered into our Data Base with all pet’s information and contact numbers if found running loose or lost.

•We are going to have Dog Collars available to purchase for the cost of $10.00 per dog collar if you need one.

WE ARE REQUESTING THAT THE PET OWNERS HAVE THEIR PETS UNDER CONTROL AT ALL TIMES

•Have their pet dogs on a leash or in a cage.

•Aggressive Dogs; will be given their Rabies Shot in their Owners vehicles.

•Owners are Responsible for their pet dogs.

Owners must have control of their pet at all times.

•Cats have to be in an animal carrier case or in a pillow case.

•Owners of Cats are Responsible for their pet.

The MCA Compliance Department will be setting up another Rabies Clinic in the Snye District at a later date.
