Sweetflag Estate located in Rooseveltown, NY is seeking organized person with excellent communication skills.  Basic knowledge and experience in carpentry, plumbing, electricity.

In exchange for services rendered, recipient receives a rent free 2-bdrm apartment including utilities and basic phone service.

Duties include but not limited to:  

-Lock and Unlock exit entrance doors daily

-Custodial duties for facility management

-Oversee the trash/recycle management system

-Follow emergency procedures, alarm system, and proper generator maintenance and operation

-Responsible for move-in and move-out inspections, repair and clean vacant apartment upon move-out

-Grounds upkeep, paved surfaces, lawns, flowers, garden, annuals and perennials

-Assist with Recreation Program

-Assist with Transportation Program

-Oversee decorating and facility functions

-Monitor and backup security system

-Follow Preventative Maintenance and keep daily log

-Annual contract for services
